Opening or Closing Utility Account

Before making your selection from the left column, please be advised of the following:

• If you are changing the utility account information for one or more properties in our municipality, be sure to complete a form for each location
• If you are completing the form on behalf of someone else, be sure to include their information; name, email, phone, etc
• Utility billing frequency is quarterly.
