Automatic utility payments are done on a quarterly basis after the utility bills go out.

Taxes

Automatic tax payment can be done three different ways.

1 –  On a monthly basis, payment amount indicated by the payor.

2 – On a annual basis in June to take advantage of the annual tax discount.

3 – On a annual basis in October before the current taxes are due.
