Effective immediately, Rosenort & Lowe Farm landfills will be accepting debit and credit, NO CASH. It is recommended that you only go to the Landfill if necessary, in efforts to reduce the spread.

Regulations
- Residents of the Municipality are asked to use the Landfill Site closest to their residence.
- Non-Residents of either the Town of Morris or the Rural Municipality of Morris shall be charged three times any of the rates listed above.
- There are recycling bins at the two landfills, there is no cost for this service. For more recycling information click here.
- Anyone bringing shingles mixed with other products to either the Rosenort Landfill or the Lowe Farm Landfill will be charged triple the normal tipping fee for such loads.
- ANY Over-sized loads in one category will be charged the next higher rate.
- Commercial waste haulers will only be accepted at the Rosenort Landfill.
- All materials delivered to the landfill site must be sorted into clean burn material, recyclable material and regular garbage. Clean burn material includes trees, branches and unpainted wood.
- Recyclable material, including tires, will be accepted at no charge, provided they are sorted into appropriate collection areas.
- Appliances, excluding fridges, are accepted subject to the above rates.
- Fridges as listed above MUST be free of refrigeration liquid (Freon).
- Organic Wastes – Grass clippings, leaves, etc., are accepted at the compost sites adjacent to the landfill sites.
